PIC: Can't really describe... UMK3

i kind of like it, that takes a lot of patience to draw that your self so heres how i will rate it.

If you drew it your self: 8/10

If you used filters in Photoshop:3/10

Did you trace the real sprites?

It just looks it... Everything is in the right place to suggest it. In fact... I'd say you just went over them or something.

Well, I thought "What would they look like if..." and then when I was done, it looked pretty good IMO, so I thought I would show you guys, because, believe me, if I made a drawing, it would look like shit.
 
Okay I'm all for honest opinion... So don't throw bricks at me if this seems harsh... I'm just being honest here.

I give a lot more respect to people who try it from scratch... But this... This is a copy of the actual sprite, you've not tried to turn it into your own fake sprite... You've not tried to improve it... You've just gone over it (badly) in basic colours. Look at it yourself and tell me how great this is? It may look good to you, but not to anyone else.

If you are such a bad drawing, draw a picture, scan it in a scanner. Upload it onto somewhere. Then ask for advice and I'm sure everyone will gladly try and help you. Beats this... Erm... Whatever you want to call it.

It takes years to be a good drawer, not everyone has it naturally but everyone can be it with patience. Took me 6 years. If you are that bad, I or somebody else can even point you to show good decent books to read and get notes from. Hell I can properly find you a website if need be to get help from.

well i think that you could do better ive seen your fakes... there good this just dosen't stack up..

In my opinion... Your about the same level as each other. Neither of you is better then the other and you both have a long way to go...
