PC version of Mortal Kombat 9...

You guys forget a pretty obvious thing: there is no guarantee that a lot of mods will be made. If High Voltage won't provide modding tools (and they won't) people won't bother with making them. If there are no modding tools possibilities are very limited so no chance of seeing modified models for example, maybe some mediocre skins and that's all.
And that's why people need to spread the word. Because most places I've visited don't even know this is being ported for PC.

If RE6 has a alive and kicking modding community, so should this game.

I hope to fook some half decent modders mod the s**t out of this.

I want to play as Goro, S.Khan and Kintaro. PS3 gamers have hacked it and you can indeed play him in a normal SP ladder game so I should be easy to hack on the PC.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImqyLO53M5E

I'm sure stuff like this will be modded in, the bigger things (like new models) however are pretty unlikely to happen. Some cool stuff would be nice like Vita costumes, playable bosses etc.

I've just added/accepted 5 of you from TRMK. You guys are so lucky getting it this week. I won't have the cash to get it until next month so I'll probably grab the retail version. Let us know how the online is when it comes out yeah?

Actually it is very LIKELY for new models to be imported (depends on how difficult it will be to access model data. If it will be like SSF4:AE then there is no problem, it will just take time to create tools for export/import).

The only problem I see is battle damage. Most likely we might need to make it go offline (battle damage) if we won't find a way how to make it operational on new models.
It would be cool to find a way how to modify battle/clothing damage.

Just had a look at the DLC characters and man they kick ass! I always liked the classic MK chracters and did not really care about newer ones but I really like Kenshi and Skarlet in MK9. I think they will be the first characters I'll try out in the game.

Me and one of my mates used to use Rain and Kenshi almost all the time once they came out. I felt guilty for cheating on Sektor :(

Been watching the Rain trailer for the past couple of days - he is a freakin classic. All the first 3 DLCs are amazing. Freddy has absolutely no place in this game though.

I love Freddy so I'm sure I'll mess around with him. I agree though, it will be weird to see Freddy Krueger as an opponent on the ladder for example but he's a nice fit for the MK universe imo.

I was really hoping they were going to keep it pure MK characters, really wish Freddy had been replaced with like cyber Smoke or something but never mind. I assume that was a WB move not a NR move.

Same goes for Injustice. If they want to make a pure DC fighting game, go for it, but then why was Scorpion made a guest character? Call me a purist but I just don't like guest characters in anything.

I'm a huge fan of horror flicks, but Freddy has never been a fascination of mine. I am a diehard Pinhead ( Hellraiser ) fan though. The Cenobite mythology and concept are amazing.

Yeah, I would say I am the same.
