Osama bin Laden dead

How ironic, Osama bombed the Twin Towers & now he ended up dying in an explosion. I can't help but feel that Al Queda will try to get some kind of "revenge" on the US for taking out their leader.

Lol Al Qaeda would attack us anyway. With or without Osama. It's just a matter of time.

But at least we took down a very evil man. One down... Many more to go.

Yeah, I just read the newspaper & it said he died by a headshot. I swore I heard the news say that he was killed in an explosion though.

No good will come of this. Osama has become a martyr for his cause and now Al Qaeda(spelling?) will attack the US government or citizens. Although Bin laden won't be able to organize events and make recruits, his death will spur the terrorists into attack to avenge his death.

Violence only promotes more violence, and that is what will come of this.

Honestly, do you think if there were anything Al Qaeda (ya me too on the spelling?) could have done to us in the past ten years, wouldn't they have pissed or gotten off the pot already? Violence, historically, has solved ALL KINDS of problems.

ya the pic was a little over the top. removed.

The US has killed Al Qaeda's leader. That's like killing Obama; it would only cause retaliation. Fighting solves problems, true, but only temporarily. Defeating another nation in war creates resentment in the defeated and causes them to hate the winners. It always causes more issues in the long run. Look at Germany. They lost WWI and then their economy collapsed until the point where they would believe a mad man who claimed he could solve their problems.

Al Qaeda has a reason to attack America now, and will likely gain new members. I quarantee you we will see some sort of attack or planned attack in the next 12 months because of this.

True, Osama was an evil man and deserved to die, but his death will lead to more problems. The only thing I'm glad about is that this didn't happen earlier like in 2003; it would have been much worse then because Al Qaeda had more supporters then.

The other thing that irritates me is that the US killed Osama and then the news shows people partying and rejoicing over his death. Really? That is going to PO anybody who supported Osama, which leads me to believe a retaliation is coming.

I'm not defending Osama, on the contrary, but I see more problems than solutions coming from this.

It in no way is like Killing Obama.

Even Obama's strongest supporters wouldn't die for him.

Osama was a very loved and respected man, not by me but by his followers.

Preference people, take that into consideration.

The comparisons were merely to make a simile; sure, people wouldn't die for Obama, but the US as a whole would be pretty PO and would likely retaliate by attcking/killing the people responsible. That's what I was getting at.

you dumb piece of fetid shit. You're such a caustic moron. I really hope George W. Bush dies tomorrow! Man, that asshat has ravaged the Middle Eastern lands. He is the America equivalent of Osama. Both have minions working under them. Both are on a "noble" quest. See what I just did?

One man's freedom fighter is another's filthy terrorist. ALL WHITE MEN SHOULD BE PUT TO DEATH! HITLER WAS WHITE. HITLER WAS EVIL. THEREFORE WHITE IS EVIL THANKS TO THE TRANSITIVE PROPERTY OF GEOMETRY.

Seriously, grow up. You're not Neaderthals or the result of decades of inbreeding. My Allah.

lol shut up.

^ Whats wrong with you people saying they should kill bush or obama wow! How did you want the U.S to react? By crying over some terrorist who plotted the 911 attacks seriously you guys are funny. And this whole retaliation thing you didn't think that obama thought of that already, when they started this whole operation c'mon use your brains.

Honestly he was probably already dead. If he is even dead. Sure there are "pictures" or whatever but they look fake. Plus Obama really needed this to boost more votes as a bunch of idiots think he is a hero. Did you see the way he kept saying "I this, I did that" during his announcement?

Um, I didn't say Al Qaeda should kill Obama. I said it would be like killing Obama in that America would retaliate. And noone said Obama didn't consider that, but rather everyone is happy or glad this happened, and it really is going to become much worse because of his death, so I'm trying to point that out to people who didn't realize that yet.
