C CHITOWN New member Oct 31, 2004 #1 Guys how do you unlock Raiden? On this site is says to beat konquest then go to ORDER REALM e3 and beat him. i can only find him in OUTWORLD and train with him instead. Thank you so much for your time.

DCR New member Oct 31, 2004 #3 You'll see him walking around surrounded by guards, he's not just standing there by himself.
