New Picture from MK Webseries director, Poss. Baraka

Almost seems like a 'touched" Baraka. I don't like the hairy forearms. So far, this reminds me of One Eyed Willie from the Goonies.
 
I don't mind that his teeth are different I just hope that they retain the exact storylines for the characters. I don't want Baraka to be some weird dude that put blades into his arms. I want him to be a crazy henchman of Shao Kahns of some crazy warrior race.

Please don't do me wrong webseries.....

I think that hair is from the garb he's wearing. His skin is too dry on his face for it to make sense for him to have any hair at all anywhere.
 
I think they should have taken up the "modern day" version of the story. It would translate to screen alot better in my opinion.
 
def a step up from the second mortal kombat movie lol still interested to see how this turns out although this series was thrown together pretty quick.
 
Didn't really have high hopes for this anyway because the whole "modern-day" take on MK made it look ridiculous to me (Especially the fact that "Baraka" surgically attached those blades in his arms for no comprehensible reason other than the fact that the real Baraka has them).
 
This goes to all the haters...u know i really hope that when i am 30 somethin years old im not bashin everything new in society.Cause thats really lame...some of u need to get over yourselves.Every time somebody thinks outside the box and does somethin different there is always some close minded idiot that has to go and say,"I don't like this cause its not like the original...I dont like the new announcer" and all of that BS..ITS NOT 1992 ANYMORE!
 
I think he looks sick so far. Liked the other his other version as well. Looks like there trying to portray there classic look. I would of liked to see a different take on the characters like they did in the short,but obviously that will never happen.

Man, I agree, people don't know what there talking about, they want the characters and the story exactly how they are in the game and that would come off as just plain cheesy. The looks of everybody I have seen so far look awesome, the scenery that they chose looks awesome, the cast is awesome, they are making it dark and realistic which makes it even more awesome. The director is actually a fan of the series and pulled money out of his budget to actually be able to make the web series which is fantastic. I don't understand what more people want. I am a huge fan of this web series. I am just as hyped about it as I am about Mk 9. Yeah I said it. Has any body ever seen the Street fighter, Dead or Alive,Tekken, King of fighters, Mortal Kombat Annihalation motion pictures. All of these have failed because there was no passion to make them. We have a director that actually pulled some strings to get what we see today. I think he is doing a great job. Keep it up!!

Im glad u seen where i was coming from.I think all those other movies sucked because of the lack of passion and creativity as well...the movies where just like the game and it seemed like they where scared to change things up.
