exactly. releasing the game early is very illegal. theres a reason that stores have midnight releases, they are not legally allowed to sell the games before the actually release date, in this case April 19th.
 
Plenty of places here in NJ break street date too. The one place just became a gamestop. Do yourself a favor and just take the game, be happy and leave it at that. The one time I posted the opening of Fallout New Vegas and people FREAKED out on me. I got letters and banned from just about everything from my ISP to Justin TV to Bethesda (SP).
 
Yes but they are not able to sell before release date. If they do, they could get in lots of legally problems with Warner Bros. and Netherealm
 
yeaaa when i first wrote the post i wasn't gonna include the store but then i was like BUT I WANNA HELP IMPATIENT PEOPLE LIKE ME but now i just deleted it...but someone quoted me so I guess fail :(
