Raiden was not a playable character in MK3 or UMK3.
He's rather boring in the first two games with specials that are easily counterable due to his slow movement speed compared to others (the Superman thing and his teleport). The only decent move he had before MKDA came was his projectile.
The fact that he was about the slowest fighter in all of the games made him a hassle to even play. He moved like sludge compared to others like the females, JC or LK.
While I'm at it, SuBNOOb15. I'd like to welcome you to the forum and also direct you to the Rules section of the forum.
We do ask that you post in English mainly, and avoid the Leet and Lazy speak (using abreviations of 3 letter words really aren't necessary here).
Also, please try to refrain from posting messages that don't relate to the topic or further the discussion of said thread. Posts like "I think that will kick ass" aren't really giving anything to the boards or other members.

The Unchained page was finally launched. Inlcudes the 2 trailers, a list of characters, and the list of levels. It also hints that it's only going to be head-to-head wifi. So no infrastructure.
