MK4 official patches - Where can I find them?

Hi all. With the recent release of MK9, I've been in an MK mood most of the time . When I'm away from my X360, I like to play the older games. One game however, I'm having trouble finding the official patches for is MK4. I've googled it and found a link to patch#3 but it was from the Midway website (which ofcourse is down now) so now, I don't know where to look so would anyone know where I can find them or if you have them, would you be so kind to upload them yourself and share a link? I would greatly appreciate it.
