I have never recognized a name in the credits before, scrolling through this FAQ this morning I recognized Patrick McCarron's name listed in the "Other FAQ Writers" area!

You can't direct link to the FAQs, but yes, I have seen Patrick's UMK3 guide. It's pretty ancient.
