Shang Tsung? Not MK1 one, maybe that from Aftermath evil ending.

Hanzo in some weird form (Noob Saibot)?
Shao? Blah, he would be too obvious.

It is pretty possible, according to r0000r leak, there's a cutscene where Titan Kitana slays evil Kombat Kids from another timeline so she is kinda involved in final battle.
