Hey, thats good. There are some minor flaws, when you draw lines for patterns, don't just draw straight ones. Where you have the arm, for example, draw to draw the armour as if its bending with the arm, it makes it look more 3Dish and not 2D laying flat on the page. Draw round the body shape, not across. It just looks better. But saying that, you've done too much of a good job to really down point the whole piece for the sake of something so small.
Other then that... Some arty advice...
Preportions are nice but spend a little longer then you are on body shape + pose, they are only off a little, that comes with drawing experience/practice.
Get that yellow/orange armour a little brighter... Heres a small tip, when colouring in, use more then one colour, go very lightly over the area you intend to colour in, and shade in with a second colour. Overall, though one area of orange armour may be the same colour, when your penciling it in you may find you need to blend 2-5 colours together to get the right effect. You may use two different shades of orange on one area, a orange + red on another and then finish it off with orange and yellow ina third area.
Also... Remember black isn't a "true" colour (neither is white). Black tends to be a "killer" colour. Because it obsorbs light, it often is flat and can kill the liviness of a picture. If possible, find other ways to create the look of "Black" area rather then grabbing a black pencil and pulling straight into it. (There is no black in nature). When highlighting black coloured areas, use a blue, purple or even a tawny brown rather then just go light on that black pencil.
Keep pencils sharpe + their tips clean. Colour pencil pick up other colours easy (yellow pencils esp like to pick up red pigments off of other red pencils, they can go dull if your not careful).
