Sub-Zero is japanese just because he looks white doesn't mean he is. Seriously they can't just change the look of Sub-Zero to always fit you needs.

Only people from Earth Realm are:

Sub-Zero, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Sonya, Jax, Johnny Cage, Kabal, Kano, Jarek, Mavodo, Hsu Hao, and I think Stryker but that is it. With the exception of Mokap, who IMO is a tard.

In the cartoon cyrax is white and in the game he is black click on the link on the first post and you will see everything
 
Oh I thought you meant the games. Still they are Edenian, not even Cyrax/etc. Can be white. Did you know in one anime of it he is actually Spanish? (Cryax I mean LMAO SPANISH) No offense to Spanish people.

I dunno if anyone noticed but in UMK3/MKT ermac is dark skinned.
And El Craxador would make an awesome user name
