I don't know if any1 has mentioned it before, but your crying about the australian ban of MK ist for pussies.

I'm from germany (where MK1,2,3 are still banned) and the new MK has no classification and is also banned,
we are able to get it, that's not the problem, the biggest problem is:

If you have a german XBOX LIVE/PSN Account you cannot play this game online.
So i can't get all the online Achievements, this 2 day Test worked but the other thing not.
And we are not able to get any DLCs or Costumes/Fatalities through codes.

EDIT: Called DHL sadly they dont do saturday deliveries, damn.. was looking forward to playing this on the weekend, oh well

lol all good, i was in the middle of class when i found out my package got through customs, i was suprisingly quiet about it but i felt like putting on some metal and just celebrating :P , i was on the DHL website every time i came online for 1 week :P
 
Just received today!!!!

Only took a week, I'm seriously hooked on story mode and challenge tower ATM, I can't get off it lol.

Thank god it got through customs :D

The seller I bought it off on eBay marked it down as a gift and put a fake letter in it saying hope u enjoy ur gift etc etc to put off customs lol.

Yes you can, you just need to make a Live or PSN account from a region where the game is available (like the UK). I posted a step by step guide on how to do that for Live a few pages back, it definitely works (I've done it myself). DLC is available for all your accounts once you've downloaded it, regardless of which account you download it on. I activated the online pass using a UK account, and can now play online with my Australian one.

One thing I have found that isn't shared between accounts though is avatar outfits. I put some points on my UK account and bought the scorpion outfit, then logged into my normal Australian account and the scorpion outfit doesn't show up :( So now I have an avatar dressed as Scorpion on my UK account that I never actually play with :P
 
After waiting 2 and 1/2 weeks for a copy from England, I ordered a Kollector's edition last Thursday from Amazon, and it just arrived! It only took 5 Days, including the weekend! I'm very impressed with Amazon and DHL. Compare that with 18 days from the game.co.uk. Ridiculous!
 
The postman came and went. I is sad. I know its not Mighty Apes fault as alot of people have already recieved from them as early as early last week. I wonder wtf is going on.

It looks like I'm the only one waiting on MA coz a few pages back there were people saying they already got it. And no tracking info ao no idea where it is. Thats the frustrating thing.
 
If I were you I'd be expecting the worst. Especially because
I'm in Sydney and I received mine early last week.

Because it was sent via regular australia post, it could have
even been lost/stolen. I reckon give it a couple more weeks,
tops, if it doesn't come by then order another copy.
 
Got my copies from zavvi.com today - came in an unmarked envelope via Royal Mail (so it didn't go through couriers). Didn't have any documentation in or on it, so it wasn't even marked as digital media. Took 12 busienss days, which does include Easter. Not too shabby.

I'll be hitting story mode tonight, but any Australian Xboxer's feel free to add me - I'll be in fighting form shortly!
 
I got my copy through my parents who were on the last couple of days of their holiday in Honolulu. They picked it up from a Gamestop, so upon asking for the game and getting it, I waited around 3 days. American price for this game with our dollar so strong is soo WIN.
I got it last wednesday. Only thing i want to know is, DLC, is there any way for us to get it?
