I was just googling "Mortal Kombat Mileena" and I found this pic. Someone removed some facaes but the reason why I posted this is because it can be Mileena's other official fatality that's being shown here.

The link doesn't work for me, but I know what picture you are talking about and I'd say it is her other fatality as in the pic also is Sub Zero doing one of his actual fatalities.

Hey, in the new Mkast, you can see that Mileena just throw her Saïs to Sub-Zero's feet, in order to nail him to the ground ! I'm quite sure that she rip his torso then
