Li Mei alt costume

I have gone to A5 Orderrealm at 7am and even hung around til 7pm to make sure, also tried A6 but still I have not seen or found Li Mei so that I can get her other costume. What's up with that? Krypt key TE

She should be walking around in that area, so if you're not seeing her, I really have no idea what to tell you. She was there when I looked for her.
