LEGAL mk advance and tournament edition roms

anyone know where i can get hold of roms for advance and tournament edition? i have the cartridges so its all legal n stuff, if you really dont believe me i'll post a pic of me holding em lol
 
There is this one rom site you can get for paying, but thats not really nessacairy because you can find it free, plus i dont think that site has that rom, also there is no way you can get a rom legally, its only legal when you deleate within 24 hours since the download.

If you pay for a rom, then the rom means its illegal (usually though the owner is using some loop hole). simply because it breaks copyright laws... And a whole bunch of other laws...

Yes it is Possible to own a ROM legally. You have to own the orginal verison though. It is taken as you are using a back-up copy to save the orginal getting ruined. This is mainly simed at the owners of music records, but the copyright is for games as well. Basically to save old records getting ruined through use, you are allowed to download a back up like I said, same with games. Really thats all it is to it, I would go on but now I'm repeating myself already and I'll just end up repeating myself more and more.
 
Whether or not you downloading the roms is legal, posting a link to a site where you could get those roms on here wouldn't be. I know of a couple good sites to find roms, but you're just going to have to use a search engine if you want to find one.
