I'm not sure what Draven_DeFay means when I just clearly stated how what was done to get all of the dlc costumes and fatalities. For the person who asked which files where changed they are coalesced.ini and ps3toc.txt. This was something given to me not something I did my self. I'm sure if you search in Google you will find it.

Which files is it for the 360?
For the 360 you need to have a jtaged system. from what I see it's a bunch of files not just 2 like the ps3. Here is an excert from the nfo. I would say the same as before just use google

Next, it was trial and error. I located all the CHAR_*****_*.xxx from the assets folder, and could see which character had their DLC costume on disc. ex. CHAR_Jade_D.xxx Most characters have only 2, others have more, that is where i focused.

Wait you mean that the classic costumes that the secret characters are wearing are... *GASP* ON THE DISK!!!!????
Its obvious that the Klassic costumes were on the disk and would be DLC.

If the Klassic Kostume DLC comes out and they charge for it then you can start getting pissed but its been know for a while that the Klassic Kostume were on the disk
