Keep needing to reconnect controller - XBOX360

Every time I play every 5 or 10 seconds it says: please reconnect controller.
When I press the on-button it flashes and then 5 seconds later it says: please reconnect controller.

Does this happen with MK9 only or other games as well?

Check your battery pack. It could be loose and if it is, use some tape to hold it in place.

Usually in cases like this, the battery is the problem. As Shira said, check your battery pack and tape it, if its loose. Also see if its getting depleted fast in which case you may need to replace them. If that isn't the problem make sure there isn't any interference from other wireless devices nearby and re sync your controller.
