Is anyones game skip during saving?

Is anyones game skipping when the game save? And the music player doesnt work either, it wont allow me to play my own music. Is there a way to install the game?

On more than one occasion was the game skipping whenever the dragon logo on the bottom right hand corner appeared. It caused the game to skip whenever we chose to select a new character, and then during story mode, Johnny Cage's dialog was skipping as well whenever it was saving.

Also, did the game manually install itself into the PS3 when you inserted the disc? Anyone know?

i didnt understand what you mean, but there is no skipping unless its ( character enternce ), even in the story mode... there is no skip

Skipping as in jumping, like when the disc repeats itself like a broken record whenever that logo appears, only to go back to normal after the logo disappears. It's extremely annoying.
