improved characters?

I think Ermac my favorite character is the most improved over the past versions, but who do you guys think is the most improved character overall from the past MK games?
 
I really like the way Ermac turned out too. I also thought Baraka was a lot better this time around. I also agree that Smoke is great.
 
I would say noob saibot and sub zero. They're really progressing into their own distinct looks and no longer simple pallette swaps of eachother and other ninjas. I thought noob (especially his alt costume) is one behemoth leap over his debut of being basically nothing more than a blacked out ninja sillouhette.
 
Yes, indeed, it seems every MK character is coming into their own. Really fun to watch and be a part of. God bless MK!(OK that was too much). Have you guys seen the headline on this site about a new MK each year? Further means to explore character, good news if you ask me and I'm sure the majority of you will feel the same.
