Went a little filter crazy, did we? I won't grade it too harshly as you're still relatively new to PS. Since I'm grading it as such, I'll say this, you need to work on your balance, structure, and blending. That's about it, it's not bad. 6/10

ok,ok why don't we get bact to topic here and rate octavious pic, octavious it looks pretty nice but you should take out some of that black and make it look like the portal in MK:Gold (where there is more blue but some black mixed with it and live a black hole in the middle 7.5/10
 
though i realize that you are merely a beginner, i dont think you should post anymore of your lame "works of art" until you can at least out match The Immortal King...no offense intended of course...
 
Okay how am i sopposed to know if im good when nobody tells me wheter they like it or not? i have tons of those begginer projects, and this one was my favorite! and i wouldent have posted it if i didnt like it! jeesh people cmon!
 
all i can say is practice and don't listen to the Immortal King just post and ask people to rate any new projects you will create in the near future
