LOL not even similar, he had blue heavy clothes and was creepy as hell.

Selecting the alternate color of his alternate costume won't give you MKI Shang Tsung but it does get closer. I know that's not really the point, I just wonder how many people know that blue is Shang Tsung's alternate color.
