I need.... Help... (Not painting/fake/etc.)

Ok so anyway I sent my computers into Computer WorksCO.

And now/since its return my paint option/program was deleted by them :x . Is there a place/site where I can download a free LEGAL program of it? So I can take the time to make my own sig/fakes?

I don't know where you'd get that one, but there is a replacement program for it that was developed by a university:

One with 'paint.com' or something like that as its name.
