i find at most jobs that the boss is generally an asshole, and i've learned through experience that a good way to get fired is to try to prove he/she wrong over anything

well, they ask about that too, but if you have a simple reason for each instance you wont have to explain much. whereas getting fired tends to pray for a more detailed explanation.
