Help with Sub & Ermac DLC

Sorry not sure if this has been posted yet. Kinda new here.

But i used my codes for Sub and Ermac ...I get the little 100kb DL and when i go ingame i cannot seem to find the skins. Ive seen videos after selecting the character it ask what skin you want to use...am i missing something?

Ok cool ty much. One more Q if you know...I have the skin now..Im in fatality trainer and Sub code says it come with the classic fatality.However its not on the list. Any ideas? Is it the old input or something?
