Dude, you know that's not fair. The originals worked with what they were given, and at the time they were using the most advanced resources available. So it only makes sense that these newer movies would do the same.

Also, yeah, think about it, they can go so into detail with a CG flick, think of some of the newer CG flicks FF: Spirit's Within was gorgeous as a normal movie, but it sucked as an FF flick, but lets not get into that. It was so detailed and the "ghosts" were great. Imagine the Covenant aliens in rendered like that? That would rock, but they would need to get a good production company to pull it off, maybe a company like WETA?
