i was just browsing around youtube and found this umk3 era interview with boon and tobias. listen to how boon talks about messing with people who find his code within the engineering of the game and tell me what you think about him maybe trying to do this again, i.e. all the story code found within the demo. Maybe the code was meant to be found in the demo as sort of an homage to the early mk days to screw with people(us)???

+rep dude, didnt even see that. awesome footage though, right? i hope we all get a kick in the ass when none of the story matches up with the leaks... this could go down as one of the many great mk hoaxes of all time

I got the feeling that the leaks and stuff were all kinda done on purpose...notice that they were leak strategically, not all at once, but slowly...which made MK a hot topic to talk about and its not like they wouldn't have done it on their own... most games release more and more characters/info/etc as it gets closer to release date anyways.

lol i dont think so. CSZ is confirmed and so is smoke. We have seen their VS renders. If Ed is messing with us, looks like he is not doing it right.

im pretty sure that all these leaks were accidental this time... i agree boon is a master at what he does... but no way they leak everything weve gotten so far on purpose... it was an accident

Maybe there is still crazy stuff left to discover, but those leaks are definitely real.
Otherwise the guys at NRS should get an Oscar for writing not one but TWO plots, one of them totally fake and put there on purpose!

one thing is for sure; the next mortal kombat game we will either have no demo; or the demo will be so full of fake text and misleading info that it wont even be funny

LOL, it does give you something to think about. I personally think it's great that some can at least argue that CSZ was put there by Ed as a fake teaser!

This makes me wonder if the leaks were intentional to hype the game. That maybe the roster leaks are real, but put in the demo to get us hyped.
