Glitch/Easter Egg?

I found a funny thing. When playing Ko-op have 2nd player play as Scorpion. He will imitate Kung-Lao's voice and in some of the cutscene he will take his "invislbe" hat and use it. While fighting Shao Khan i got to the point where the intro for fighting khan starts. Looking closely as Scorps took of his "hat" instead of it just not doing anything it showed his skull. Then when the "hat" spawned back on so did his mask. Strange eh?
 
y3ah man that was the weirdest thing ever.(Inferno and I were playin ko-op when it happened) You were prayin it would stay maskless, which would be pretty awesome.
 
It's a sweet glitch, but Idk if I would want him to stay maskless...his skull in MK:SM is kinda off somehow...
