Yeah, it's Sheeva. And they reason there is 2 Cyber Sub-Zeros is, because they haven't released a new DLC or unlockable character yet. He is the only one so far.
 
are these pictures leaked from the ps3 demo or the studio? cus if its from the studio i guess it seals that there will be no exclusive character for the 360

Raiden is trying desperately to change the course of things, I don't remember exactly but it was after smoke fought that the lin quei was going to take him. Raiden saw this and gave them sub zero. They encounter him later as a cyborg and reprogram him after he is defeated.
I don't see this as a problem, because all of you know (or should know) that there WILL be a human version of him in the next installment in the form of either an Alt costume or story mode section where they go through a procedure to bring him back. I'm sure he'll play just like regular sub zero. Regardless, I cannot wait to see it in action.

I agree. They wouldn't make a huge thing out of this if he wasn't going to stay this way for the rest of the new storyline.
