First Village Shaolin Monks

In the first village, theres that shaolin monk academy. And they say only shaolin monks may enter, and blah blah blah. How do you get in there? Is there any way to actually become a monk or pass their qualifications or anything? Or is this monastary simply decorative and there is in fact no way to get in?

It's simple to get in. You just bump the guy out of the way and run in there. There's a chest for a few hundred of a koin and that's about it. You can't actually climb the steps to the temple doors as it isn't climbable.

he means to get into the temple
 
Do you remember back in the village, where there was that area where the guard was standing. You can just walk by him, and there was a little temple. The door was locked, and the monks standing by it said you could only get in if you were a shalin monk.
 
anyone ever found this out ?? it's in the village, but as you can't return to it after leaving it...how do we enter or is it just decorative ??

It's the area where the one dude is standing in front of a large circular doorway.
