Everything u need to know about new mk

Good find, nothing new in there for me but a good summary of just about everything up to this point.
 
sorry - new to the forums. I have read elsewhere about a "story mode" but did not see any mention of it in the link for "everything you need to know". Is there one, and if so what are the details?

yeah theres story mode. good things come to those who wait.
believe me, i became addicted to these forums and now i know to much. dont ruin it for yourself

Thanks for the info, man. "keeping up"? I'd say I've been paying attention, but in any of the previews (i.e. IGN) or other forums (i.e. gamefaqs) I have not seen any real details about a story mode. then today

I saw a Johnny Cage video, and it just seemed like a story mode video to me. I don't necessarily want to know specifics about each Kombatants story or anything. Just wanted to know EXACTLY what modes are in this game I may potentially be shelling out $60 on.

the games definately worth the money. theres really no point in making a game without a story mode. just google MK9 and you should have everything you need.
just dont go too far into the rabbit hole

Cool! Thanks bro! I just wanted to know if it was in, and now I do. I think this game is a must buy now that there IS a story mode. All my buddies have Xbox 360s and I have a PS3 so I really don't play multi player. I won't even attempt to go online and get hit with a 62 hit combo before I even move my guy! So I'm basically in for the single player experience and wanted to confirm it would be enough.
