while PSN is down NRS are taking this time to fix the online lag, so as soon as PSN is back up the online play will be awesome?

or does PSN have to be online first for them to fix that?

im sure there are ways to fix the online lag without having to use psn

As i read, they are already working in a patch. But i think it's gonna be released when psn is back.

They working on a patch, but i am sure the online play will not be "awesome" after the patch like u said. It will probably just fix the random disconnects. Lag is something u can not really fix, i played so much games which are still laggy, even after the 3rd or 4rd patch.
I hope i am wrong, but i doubt it.
