I also live in germany. I do not think the content will be able to be seen (sadly :/) in the german Playstation Store because the game was banned like it was in Australia. I have created an Account from Austria to buy points and Dl from there.
Just to let you know if maybe think the add on was not banned.

Yeh i also thought about that. Im using xbox live. I also have an AT Account, otherwise i couldnt activate the Kombatpass etc. so you mean i could buy the DLC with the AT Account then, and then log in in my normal account that i use to play MK with and the DLC would work?
And what about future Content, like Charakter DLCs etc. cant be true that Germany and Australia is so ****ed then... seriously. :/

I agree. I find some war games a way more violent then MK, but anyway.
I have tested on PSN and it worked. About XBOX live I am not sure. I have heard that it works, but I am not sure.
Demos, games, themes, almost everything you can share between PSNs on the same console. I think only PS Home stuff and Avatars not.

I checked on my AT Account, and there is also no DLC available. And on my german xbox live account (where i have gold membership etc.) is also no DLC to see.

So I think the bundle for Playstation AT will be available.
earlier some ppl said it was available for xbox and not yet for PSN. About Xbox sadly I do not know so much. But on PSN AT I can See the old MK2 as DL game, the MK9 Demo and MK on line pass to sell.

Thats really really strange... i can see the MK9 Game as Download too, on my AT Account, no problem. But there is no DLC at the moment.
Edit: Okio now i see the DLC available on my Austria Account on xbox live. On my german Account it is not there... so my Problem is, my AT Account has no Gold Membership, so this Account i do not actually use for online playing etc. i use my german Account. When i add MS Points to the AT Account and buy the DLC, can i use it on my german xbox live Account then? Im just asking, if not... then yeah, buy another 12 months gold membership to add to AT Account or what? What is NRS actually thinking... its a ****ing joke.

Thanks Bill, although it might be a little bit more useful if we had an idea of which region you are in.
Although I'm not actually in the UK that's the store I connect to and as far as I can tell there is nothing on there yet, any one else?

I just checked it out.
The Pack is available for DL on the US
Europe not yet (Austria and UK Acc I took a look)
About Xbox I do not have. I am sorry guys!

It has to do with the Location, MK9 is banned in Germany and Australia, you can not DL any Content there for the Game.
I changed my Country in my xbox live account from GER to AT. At the Moment it does not work
i hope they just need to update it or smth like that.
If that does not work, i will add some MS Points on my AT Account and try to buy the DLC with that Account, and then try using it with my german one... i hope that will work. :/ sucks really really hard.

It will not work at all (even for future dlc) because it will always check your live account settings you did the first time mou made it, not the location of your xbox. I had the same problem here at the past and the only way to skip a lock area or the dlc date is to make a second account with US area (to have access at all the dlc), at the first time you choose location at live add USA and a valid area you remember and at the xbox info for dlc put the valid area and again a valid postal code. It works fine for me but you need to buy USA card points.
