Day of the Dead

Day is personally my favorite George A Romero film ever next to Dawn of the Dead. who else has seen this? i bought it 2 days ago.

Unfortunatly yes, they are doing a remake. The same bozos who did Day of the Dead 2: Contagium (Don't watch it, George has nothing to do with it) are handeling the remake. Also, there is a 3D re-remake of Night coming out this fall (featuring Sid Haig)

The original Day is a great film. Not my favorite of the quadrilogy, but still a masterpeice in its own right.

Without a doubt George A. Romero is my favorite film maker of all time. I had the chance to meet him at Fangoria's Weekend of Horror two weeks ago. He's the cooltest cat EVA.

he inspired Quentin Tarantino--the other greatest director on Earth. And I recorded G4's ICONS on Romero. he's my favorite. and I certainly loved Day. but i still cant decide between Dawn(original) and Day. but the Day remake SHOULD be nice. But i didnt buy Contagium and i know this one guy who bought it and returned it after 5 minutes.

I liked Return of the Living Dead III

Return of the Living Dead IV and V were UNFUKINGWATCHABLE!
The worst horror films ever made.

Of coarse "Living Dead" will always be first in my book. If it wasn't for Romero their wouldn't be any of these spin-offs in the first place.
