Dark Souls email??

Ok, so like many others, I solved the glyph puzzle on the Dark Souls webpage (preparetodie.com) and received my code that will probably unlock something once the game drops. That was several weeks ago. This afternoon, out of the blue, I receive this email from them along with an attachment that is just a plain pic in a weird shape:



Can anyone shed any light as to what this is all about?
