I am fairly interested in this product although not officially available in the UK at present wether it ever will be remains to be seen... There would appear to be a shroud of silence regarding this product and any real Infomation or Data sheet... It would seem that the actual manufacturing of the product is to a very high standard yet there are no specs..

Not doubting the quality of this company but why is it all so..."Nobody really knows that much about it for sure".... They have shown us pictures and it's features which look good. But I am a little concerned about production and on schedule or not?

People need to know the following

The Components of the stick? (actual parts used)
It's Size W / H / D?
It's Weight?
It's Compatibility with PC? (will it require drivers and are PDP willing to support this feature)
Guarantee terms
Offically supported PS3 / XBOX 360 (XBOX seems fine)
More in Production?

While they have not given out a ton of information there is information out on the web and here on the site for it:

http://www.trmk.org/forums/showthre...Kombat-(2011)-Tournament-Edition-Arcade-Stick

Grateful for this response but it does not answer any of he questions I have put forward hence the new thread.... And the biggest question is are they all going to be ready in time with such little factual infomation, it does seem a little concerning I have to get one from France if I want one at the momment, with the box have french writing all over it. When I am English and could have the American or canadian version shipped over for alot more cash though, it's just lack of infomation just feel some official statements need to be made on this seeing as all the american ones are sold

no don't worry I take your word for it... But this is the point I could not find this infomation easily but thanks for your help

You did not have to do that but thankyou very much!

Suzo Happ:-

arcade parts by Suzo-Happs, just like the good old MK machines from back in the day. However, these parts are: Super Joystick (50-6084-000) and Black Ultimate Pushbuttons w/micro switch (53-9200-16), but all are easily replaceable if you want to go with the Competition Joystick (50-6070-160) and Competition Pushbuttons (58-9616-L ) <the convex types. [these are the part numbers to the 'Black' types, but you may order other colors]

It's Weight? About 8 lbs

It Is PC Compatible apparently (although not officially confirmed)

That leaves small queries on:-

PS3 version for Individual purchase in April?

Xbox Good to go!!!

this fight pad is completely legit, if you ever played any of the original mk arcades, this stick is as close to a reproduction as you can possibly get (besides the color of the buttons and stick, which can be modded easily). it wont be good for other fighting games but if you're a true mk fan this is a must have. sorry about the non-release in the uk though, im sure they will manufacture more

I would hope it is officially legitimate for PS3 because there have been problems in the past with this sort of thing and somone needs to make a statement so I am raising the issue for official confirmation

why wouldnt it be legit for ps3? its the same stick for both systems, except the names of buttons. what problems are you talking about? i had my concerns in the beginning about it but then did alot of research and ended up preordering it. now you make me worry...

Look Don't worry...but there just is no Official infomation that I can find via PDP, or anywhere else they made Tron style PS3 Controllers for Tron Evolution so It should be Official the point is you cannot find the Sony approved logo on this stuff which is concerning at present

dude... that is not a valid worry... tron was a crap game, so anything that had to do with it im sure was flawed

No there has been controllers that stop working Arcade sticks that were not officially supported and stopped working after an update on PS3 because of this I want confirmation... I am trying to stop you worrying on the basis that the controller by PDP released for tron was officially licenesed but yet this Fightstick MK9 product has a question mark at the momment

Ok just spoke with European Sales Rep for PDP...

They were very helpful and explained that the Tournament Edition Fightstick is officially Supported by Sony although individual purchase is not possible at the current time due to supply and demand, other than the xbox version wether or not the said product will be re-released or an alternative version A fightstick is planned to be made available for the PS3 standalone at a later date some time this year and to be made available in the UK for standalone purchase as we have missed out in Britain.

......and the huge space between the stick and the buttons, which will be rather easy to get used to but its still not the closest you can get.
