wow i noticed in the video that the part of ermacs x-ray when he knees his opponent, they're all flesh, maybe its an alternate outfit for mileena, maybe like a flesh pit costume or something, oh ya its at 1:45

That was Shang Tsing's X-Ray, not Ermac. And the all flesh part may be part of the X-Ray. Even if Mileena were naked in any alternate, it wouldn't show all her internal muscles.
