Who here plans on getting this? I've been thinking about it, but I'm not sure. The character cards seemed nice until I remembered that the fatality inputs are now in the pause menu. I'm not sure how "advanced" the tips in there will be, but I'm sure they won't compare to what we will come up with after a little bit of time. The character bios and artwork sounds interesting though, and the book itself looks pretty sweet.

Eh, I'm already shelling out 100+ for the Kollector's edition.
I might get this after a week or two.

I already ordered from amazon. Looks and (from the description) sounds pretty good with all the extra content besides the game strategy itself.

Im already pay 100 bucks for the Kollector's Edition of the Game might as will get this! Mostly for the artwork and Kharacter cards

I really want it. The Amazon deal seems like the best deal if you can wait a few days after release to get it. The reason I say this is because it's retailing for $20 on there but to get it the SAME day as the game, you're going to have to pay for 2-day shipping. Which brings the total to around $35. This is the retail price for it everywhere else.

Like I said, I really want it and will probably get it for Amazon sometime after the game launch. I have a $25 gift card coming my way towards the end of April.

I'll get it later, first I need to discover things by myself and get the right "feeling" with the game, but since I want to become a more than average player that guide will definitely comes in handy.

Pre-ordered one of these a few days ago. I don't usually go for strategy guides as sometimes some of the info ends up being incorrect when the final version of the game ships.

But I figured what the hell, it does seem like a good guide to compliment the TE though, since that doesn't come with a art book.

I also like the idea of individual move cards, since I don't much care to constantly pause the action to scan the moves list.

I have paid in full for my copy at GameStop and the interesting thing is that I paid $26.09 (Before the 20% discount it was $29.99) but every where else it's showing it for $34.99, was I just lucky or am I going to have to pay the additional 5 dollars when I pick the game up even though on the receipt it says Paid cash for the Guide?

I got the 20% discount because I bought the Guide with the game (10%) and because I upgraded to PowerUp Rewards Pro I got another (10%) off of the Guide.

It looks like this now though:

Really? That sucks, I liked the darker one a lot more.

I'm considering it. I'm getting the TE, and the KE artbook and bookends(I payed a friend $40 to upgrade to the KE and give me the extras), so idk if this is necessary to get as well. It looks great though. The character laminated moves list cards are the most tempting part for me. Even though I usually remember everyone's moves easily, it'd be nice to keep the move cards in my TE arcade stick for repherence. I have the power up rewards card, so I can get up to 20% off, so I may get it.

I like the lighter design it kinda reminds of the MK1 Aracade with the rich red colors and blacks very cool and retro looking
