So people (including myself) have been speculating about the unrevealed characters and about the factions already revealed but I have never seen anyone relating those two things and saying something about Lin Kuei having only one character so far (Sub-Zero) and well I'm too tired to think about other examples, so let the speculation begin.
These are the confirmed factions:
White Lotus (Kung Lao, Raiden?)
Special Forces (Cassie Cage)
Brotherhood of Shadow (Quan Chi, Ermac?)
Black Dragon (Kano)
I don't know where to put anyone else... where would you put Scorpion? Kitana? and what about Kotal's team? (Reptile, D'Vorah, Ferra and Torr, Kotal himself)
