First time I have tried something like this, could have picked a better picture but thats how it goes. The rims are what really got me so I finally just settled for what I had.
I love that effect, half photo merging into a drawing. The only thing that looks a bit off, is the rear wheel hub. It's not completely circular. Plus the actual tyre has no depth. It's flat. But that aside, I think it's cool, man. Nice job.

Can that effect also be done with a character? And also, please tell me how you made the car effects?
I'm sure you can do it with a character. Just take the picture, make 2 new layers, and fill the bottom of the 2 with white. On the other draw out with the pen tool from about half way( use a guide, view>new guide ) Then mess aroun with the size brush you want and the Dynamics of the brush and left click>Stroke path. Do that for each line until all are stroked. Make sure the White layer is still under the lines layer and make it visible. Do a gradient from behind your guide, make sure it is black to transparent. Do a simular gradient on the wire layer, play around with the gradient to get the look you want....and you should be done.
Thanks for the Tutorial, dude. I'll experiment on something using it, and then post it here so you can laugh your ass silly at it. I'll most probably start off with a simple opject like a Pyramid so I can get the feel for the technique, then go onto a more difficult object, like a naked female.
