Aquaman?

Seems like Midway is planning to put Aquaman into MKVSDCU. But not the gayish one that everyone thinks about when they hear his name the hardcore one with a hook and a beard and everything. So do you think that he would be fitting in with the rest of the characters. I for one think that he would be great if they gave him a more evil approach like at http://noob.com/ if that is even him.

Please vote in the poll so I can see what you guys think about him. Feel free to also discus him here.
 
I voted no. Not a huge fan of Aquaman but if there was more spots available then I wouldn't mind being included. Bit of a Jax situation to me, not a bad character but there are better. Considering there are only 3 or 4 spots left on the DC side I would prefer Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Darkseid and Robin :O

Also as MKO pointed out, this doesn't mean he's in the game :) Could be another Zebron thing!
 
As much as I like Aquaman I have to agree with Dan. He just doesnt fit since all of his superpowers involves him being or around water.

I understand what you say about the not being near water thing but they could let it happen I mean if Superman can get his ass handed to him by ninjas then certainly they could make up something in his storyline that would explain him being able to live without water
 
No way--too many better DC characters out there. Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Spectre, Firestorm, Captain Atom, Lobo, Brainiac, Amazo, and Black Adam being just a few.
 
I don't think that Lobo will be in the game because in my opinion they already have a lot of Batman related characters in there. So far from the Batman Universe we have Batman,Catwoman,Joker so for me that is enough.

Sorry I'm not really clued up on the DC side of things and I confused Lobo with Bane sorry for the mixup

I put don't care. I'd rather have Lobo, Darkseid, Doomsday or Deadman but I'm not gonna go off the rails if he isn't there. I've got Batman and Scorpion, the rest doesn't matter.

Since when is Lobo a Batman villain? Are you confusing him with Bane? Look up Lobo on wikipedia I'm sure you'll change your mind.
 
Not all of Aquman's powers are waterbased. People forget he's also super strong (He can swim in the deepest parts of the ocean) has super sight (Due to the darkness of the water) and has super hearing. He's super durable, and while he's no Superman, he's way stronger than any human.

So I voted yes, but I don't want to see the hook and beard. That annoyed me soooooo much. There's nothing wrong with classic Aquaman!
 
I forgot about the super strength. Since Aquaman got the waterhand in the newer comics he is even stronger.

If you read my whole post you would have seen that I edited it right after making the post because I looked him up on Wikipedia and I saw that I confused the two.
 
Yes Lobo would indeed fit in this game perfectly. Just by reading his bio in Wikipedia I can agree with you. A piece from the Bio
