i hope that for every ninja character as an alternate costume they all get the classic pallette swapped goodness from mk3-umk3-trilogy

I don't know. Since the previous couple games have only had one alternate outfit per character, I'd rather not see that one outfit wasted on the generic UMK3 versions of all the ninjas. Seeing that as Scorpion's alternate in Deception was a pleasant surprise for sure, but I think it'd be kind of lame if they did that for all the ninjas.
However, I would be for a third costume where everybody would have one of their classic outfits redone. Or maybe they could have sort of a throwback game mode where all the characters would appear in their old attire.
It is a cool idea, but I wouldn't want them doing it if we're only going to get two costumes per character like the last games. They'd have to expand that area to include way more stuff than normal.

I want scorpion's alt to be more like his MK4 costume than the alt from deception, the latter of which bugged me with the back of his suit looking all futuristic n shit.
it looks as if Zero's primary costume will be his MKDA costume, so his original costume would be a bit of a waste, seeing as they are virtually the same. I'd like his primary MKD costume as his alternate.
I would like to see reptile's Shaolin monks costume as his primary, and his MK4 costume for secondary
Smoke should be his primary MKD costume for the first, and then his MKSM costume as secondary, to contrast the robot/human thing.
Ermac should look as he did in MKD, but his secondary costume should be more like his UMK3 suit
We all know how rain will look, but here's hoping for a more traditional costume for alternate.
Noob just looks awesome as he does in MKD, but i want his blue eyes back
Just because they have ninja costumes doesn't mean they all have to be identical, look at scorpion's MKD alt, subby's MKDA alt and Noob's MKD primary, all look like their proper ninja outfits, yet all look different.
