Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks Officially Released

Although most video game retailers received and were selling their copies this past weekend, <a href="http://www.midway.com">Midway</a> sent out a <a href="http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050919/195127.html?.v=1">press release</a> today announcing the official release of <a href="/games/mksm">Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks</a> (<strong>Xbox</strong>, <strong>PS2</strong>). The release of <b>Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks</b> makes good on <B>Midway's</B> "plan to produce quality Mortal Kombat titles on an annual basis," said Steve Allison, chief marketing officer, Midway. "In expanding the Mortal Kombat universe in the action/adventure genre, players can expect a challenging and innovative gameplay experience that adds a fresh new look and feel to our best-selling franchise."

Yeah Walmart never hardly has any games on time. I should know since I worked in the electronics dept at mine. I went in there today and they didn't have it. Good thing I got mine at Gamestop this past friday.
