MKMonks.com Updates Characters, Wallpapers, More

The official <a href="http://www.mkmonks.com/main.php">MK Monks</a> marketing website was updated with a few extras, including more characters in the Characters section, koncept art, wallpapers, and more videos from <a href="/games/mksm">Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks</a> (<strong>Xbox</strong>, <strong>PS2</strong>).

Also enabled is the Community section of their site, which includes a list of fan sites, including a couple of websites that hardly update. Unfortunately, <B>TRMK</b> is inexcusably absent from the list. <a href="mailto:klao@midway.com?subject=TRMK.org Missing from MKMonks.com Fansite list!&body=Please add TRMK.org to your fansite list on MKMonks.com!">E-mail Midway</a> to express your displeasure along with ours!

Anyway, check it out if you like to watch Flash loading menus in your spare time.

It seems like we've constantly been neglected by Midway recently. We're not sure as to why they've been ignoring us. Perhaps the TRMK readership needs to make Midway aware that we exist over here and that we're a force to be reckoned with.

Thanks for taking the time to send that to Midway. Hopefully others will do so making them aware that we're at the front of the MK community.
 
I shot an email to Midway too. Might not be what you were looking for, but hey, at least its something :D

To whom it may concern,

I recently became aware that on your Shaolin Monks webpage, you had a community section that lists many Mortal Kombat fansites. However, TRMK was left off this list, without explaination or cause. I ask that you please remedy this situation immediately.

Somehow, I meant that as someone who was litterally disappointed, not as my screenname. Funny how those things work out ;)
 
Yes I emailed Midway as well about it. I know a couple of those sites update pretty offend like MKonline, but why not us? I would like to know how they gathered their fan site info before they put the links on their site.

I'm going to shoot out an email as well actually. I wasn't aware of the links until seeing the post on TRMK. One of those sites on the fan list is brand new and fresh, and though I don't have a problem with that, you guys have been around the community long enough to get a link placed before them. Hell, you've been around longer than us by a couple years. No clue where they pulled that list, but best of luck on getting on there.

I appreciate that Scott. I don't know what is going on but it is starting to get really old.
