Alright. I've been replaying Deception and here's where I think we stand:
At the time of the events of MK4 Shujinko should be in the Netherrealm gathering evil energy to continue his quest. His training with Nightwolf comes BEFORE MK1 so don't even start with me.
Now, his time in the...
Yeah I don't get the assumptions about Mileena at all, she's in possession of the amulet, yeah, but I doubt a gullible idiot like her is going to be the big bad behind everything. There's something much more grand working bbehind the scenes here and I believe that is Damashi/Onaga.
I think it does :)
Let's not bug him anymore about it tho, let's let him be for a While and see what tomorrow has in store for us :)
I'm sure we'll still have more questions afterwards So once we've picked the print issue apart we can bpbombard him with more questions.
Why whine about it? They're going to continue regardless as they're not hurting anyone or attacking anyone. If anything you keep flaming them and dragging them into the arguments cause you don't want to hear what they have to say? Ignore them then.
What if they go the descendant route with Scorpion and Subzero?
UNTHINKABLE right?
What if Takeda replaces Hanzo and Frost replaces Bi Han (by actually assuming the name, Subzero)
Lol people would throw a bootch fit XD
Yup. So far it's looking like a straight up retcon.
Ok, regarding the one searching for the daggers, the possibilities are:
Shujinko
Daegon
Quan Chi/Shinnok
Daegon seems to be the only one with any relevance so far.
Now. What I feel like NRS + Kittleston are doing is copping out by saying...
I actually get the feeling Daegon is involved. The Red Dragon have more of a presence here than Shujinko does so far. I think it might be Daegon who is searching for the daggers.
Sonya Bland?
More like
Sonya BANNED
THANK YOU AND GOODNIGHT!!!!!
Lol but anyway, Rain's brand new outfit is a strong indicator, at least to me, that he'll be playable.
Yeah, I assume they're doing the whole closed doors thing for GDC, wait a bit, then release the footage to the public later. Arkham Knigh/City did that too.
Because visually it looks more badass and gets people talking. Kittleston does seem like he knows the MK lore well enough, but it does seem like he cuts corners here and there to make the story more poetic/visually interesting.
