Gameplay is definitely most important. The blood, gore and fatalities are needed to set the tone for the game, but if the gameplay is horrible the entire game obviously becomes horrible. And if it's horrible, no one will play it as long as they would if it was actually good.

Eh, in the IGN interview (and several others) Ed Boon said the story is a retelling of MK1-3. Hector Sanchez said it recently as well. Problem solved.

Deadly Alliance story ftw. The storyline is extremely important to the franchise, without it it would not be as strong a series.

Ehh, Sonya or Kitana. Probably Kitana. But it's a fighting game so I doubt there's supposed to be a "main character".

I'm more of a pc gamer normally but I think I would rather own MK9 for a console. I'll sign anyway and just buy it twice! XD

I think they will, as they should, use the weapons as special moves. The way they did it in MKvsDCU worked really well but I don't think they'll do that again. If they do, I won't complain.

I'd like to see most new character's in the DLC. Characters and some stages. I don't need 5 different outfits and fatalities for every character.

We don't know if they show any other characters than Shao Kahn and Dark Raiden in the intro after Armageddon. We'll see.

There won't be two Sub-Zero's in the rooster, this isn't UMK3. I'm thinking the original Sub-Zero will be the alternative costume for Sub-Zero and then we'll have Noob Saibot as a separate character. Or maybe the young Sub-Zero will never come into play :o

Yeah perhaps Jax would still have a chance to be cool if he was all robot instead of just the arms XD
