Mortal Kombat X Comic Preview Teaser

So Hsu Hao is now dead, I wonder what unpopular character will be killed off next? Since Hsu Hao is never going to be playable in MKX then NRS will keep him dead for good this time unlike Armageddon where they had no choice to bring him back.

Is he dead though? Looked like he used his chest thingy to stop the sword.

But he's not dead. He's still alive and well when we last see him in that preview.

I think he will die at some point, but it's not happened yet.
 
I'm thinking the boy is Kenshi's son, Kenshi dies in the comics and is son lives on to avenge him in MKX and has his fathers abilities. That's why the mo-cap picture seems to hint only at Kenshi (really..who else could it be?) but I think it could be his son as they have said there would be other children of other fighters in the game, not just Cassie.

I'd be okay with this. Though Kenshi hasn't been all that established so far in the new timeline. If he does die, I hope they flesh him out a bit first.
 
Did someone preordered the comic? I did so, but the confirmation mail didn't mention anything about the payment... can someone explain me how does this site works?
