MK9 Characters You Wish Will and Will Not Return In MK10?

OOOOkay! If you want Nightwolf & Shang Tsung back. How would you make them involved in the Shinnok saga?
 
Well the characters that died by the hand of Sindel SHOULD MOST DEFINETLY be brought back but make it something that's like freeing their souls from Quan Chi's grasp or something. You can most definetly do that, don't bullshit me, NRS did that, if they had just died and their souls were left untampered then sure, bringing them back would be pretty nonsensical but if Quan Chi has their souls then perhaps they can be freed, maybe Scorpion breaks Quan Chi's grasp over him and kills him or whatever. I just find the ladder endings for the characters as rather useable for the main story, . I don't want to see Sindel ever ever ever again, or Shang Tsung or Shao Kahn, I want Noob to return perhaps in some other form. Same with Ermac as a good guy if you look at his ladder ending. Obviously Mileena because well... she's Mileena. You can quite perfectly bring most of the dead people back to life for one simple reason. Quan Chi. At least the good guys.

the people in mk9 were pretty good but I really want shinnock to return. Which I reckon he will after the mk9 ending
 
Human Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Kano, Sonya, Liu Kang, Raiden and Johnny Cage all need to come back in MK10.
Everyone else is replaceable.
 
I guess all the characters who died can skip MK10. The survivors of MK9 should return though. The only characters that should never exist are Meat and Mokap.

This is tough to call, considering I love the 1-3 roster with all my heart, but for storyline continuity purposes, it would be completely stupid to bring everyone back, especially the dead Kombatants.

However, I would like to see Liu, Kung Lao, Kitana, and maybe Jax resurrected.

PLEASE bring back HUMAN Sub Zero in any way shape or form!

Everyone else that survived in MK9 can also return.

Pretty much what I hope to see too.

- 3 or 4 MK9 "dead" characters returning (one of them being SZ, human preferably)
- The 12 MK9 characters that survived.

That leaves 12 to 13 main roster slots for post-MK3 characters and new characters.

Cant Decide if Kratos is finished with MK, He definitely is enjoyable killing everyone! And don't know if Freddy's nightmare is over in Mortal kombat. Keep Both!

I'd give them BOTH some bullshit NRS MK story arc, to bring them back.

Nightwolf gets his soul purified by his ancestors, and comes back as a Native American god, reincarnated in a new human body.

Shang Tsung being infused in Sindel's body, now is under the control of Quan Chi, since Sindel died.
Quan Chi said in MK9 that Shao Kahn gave him the souls of all the dead warriors, as a payment for his service.
