How many stage fatalities/fatalities?

so we kinda know that every character will have 2 fatalities, and some will have more.

and it's been said that there are 'a lot' of stage fatalities. but how many total stages are there, and how many of those have fatalities on them?

every stage has a fatality but i dont know how meny stages there are but more then 10

Kratos' Arena (? the name)
Scorpion's Hell Arena
The Subway

Well this is what is confirmed, has video's of.

Those 2 stages and the Hector comments, no one has seen yet.

So let's just say that as of now, concrete evidence, there is 7.

I heard somewhere that the distance varies depending on the stage. Not sure if that helps but Hector confirmed that the Bell Tower at least has a stage fatality.
