xbla 807B01F4 problem

Can somebody help me with this, everytime i wan to to download something on xbla a message appeares that says ''Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live Status Code:807B01F4'' I have search everywhere on how to fix this but i still appeares, some sites says that i need to have a adult account and thats the acount i have avaiable , please help me with this

Or the work around seems to be setting items to DL from xbox.com, not sure how hard you really tried to address your issue considering all I did was cut and paste your error code in and found way more information on it then I care to look at.
